I find Mark and Ryan to be very professional and friendly. They don't mind me asking questions or calling them about the situation. When I call them, they call me back. They always know who I am when I call.
Each time they have done work on the doors they have been very tidy. In fact, they left my living room and yard cleaner then when they arrived! They have gone above and beyond what I have expected each time. They even sealed the windows above the doors for us, ensuring that water won't get through any cracks or separation of the stucco at the window. These are all signs of a great company. I will keep Fine Design handy in my rolodex for any future projects that we may do, as well as refer them to friends and family for any work they may need. I only wish I had known last June what I know now, I could have requested Fine Design to do the job initially.
In a time where almost everything is negative, including my initial impression of my situation and my continued impression of Lowe's, I really felt that I needed to look at the positive that came out of this, which is the trust and reliability I found in Fine Design and the job they did for me.

This is to express my complete satisfaction with the work performed in my home recently by Mark and Ryan of Fine Design. They installed a new front entry door and I was impressed by the attention they paid to details. After removing the old door and frame they carefully prepared the opening for the new door, taking precise measurements. When it was in place they made meticulous adjustments to insure that it swung freely. They then reinstalled the security door which they had to remove. Finally, they caulked all cracks, covered exposed nail heads, vacuumed the floor, cleaned all new surfaces and made sure that the weather-stripping was properly applied and that no gaps remained.
I highly recommend Fine Design, and in particular these two men, for any type of home improvement projects that may be contemplated.
